Why?
Small and start-up organizations have a lot to contribute to our society.
They innovate, fill gaps in our markets and communities, and create jobs. However, being a small organization often comes with resource limitations. Innovators and entrepreneurs wear many hats to keep their organizations moving. But growth requires more hands on deck, and the resources to hire specialized departments comes later in a business’ journey.
